Our Goal Is To
- Identify potential cross country, road running, track and field future athletes.
- Provide training opportunities and offer guidance to club members.
- Provide information on races and running/walking activities within the community.
What We Do
- Involve everyone to take part through athletics
- Encourage attendance of Park runs/My Fitness Runs to assist with Personal Best and get the interest as well and also share knowledge and information regarding running.
- As a committee we taking part on races to encourage members to be active
- With our various athletics experience we add value to the club
- Getting local community to volunteer on club events and activities
- Making use of limited facilities around our area
- We more than a running club as we offer Hiking, Walks, Charities, Donations, Group Runs and Kasi awareness runs
Together, we are able to cross the finish line.
We at Lara Athletics Club aim to promote and encourage health and fitness among all members through distance running and walking at all levels.
